It’s February here in North East, Ohio which means cold weather and lots of snow. At this time of year, it’s definitely more challenging to get outside to stay active. We are so thankful to have our Jazzercise Community to keep us moving! Jazzercise is challenging helping to build endurance and strength, plus it’s so much fun! Not only do they offer dance mix classes, they have interval fusion, dance interval, and strength training. Most sessions last 60 mins with a core work out and stretch at the end.
